每次安装Tor后首次运行都正常，但当关闭后重启Tor就发生故障。

其中的消息日志显示：
[注意] Tor v0.2.0.34 (r18423). This is experimental software. Do not rely on it for strong anonymity. (Running on Windows XP Service Pack 3 [workstation] {terminal services, single user})
[警告] Unable to open configuration file "C:\Documents and Settings\?-\Application Data\Vidalia\torrc".
[错误] Reading config failed--see warnings above.

何故，怎样处置让它正常运行。

楼主所说的Tor 是否就是指“The Onion Router”？应该设置服务器地址为，Socks5:127.0.0.1:9050，即在代理服务器地址填写127.0.0.1，端口填写9050，即可实现安全上网。
