牦牛肉干不错，可以带一点。
但要尽量干些的，不容易变质，但越干的越贵。不干的便宜不要买，很快就变质了。
回家后可干嚼，越嚼越香。或者炖牛肉汤，加些萝卜南瓜之类的菜，很美味。
